Please read this Policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, please do not download, register for or use the application. By downloading, registering for or using Le-Bond, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Privacy Policy.
Certain activity, health or device-related information may be sensitive personal information. We will upload such information to Le-Bond servers only after you give explicit consent in the application. The data is stored on Alibaba Cloud servers. In general, local residents’ data is stored on servers within the local jurisdiction and is not transferred cross-border unless permitted by applicable law and necessary for the service.

This application is not intended for minors under the age of 16, or under the age of 13 in certain jurisdictions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such minors without verifiable parental consent. If we discover that we have collected such information, we will delete the data as soon as possible and terminate the minor’s account. If you believe that we may have collected information from a minor, please contact us.
Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect information directly from you when you provide it to us and automatically when you use the application.
Information You Provide
When you download, register for or log in to the application, we may ask you to provide information that can identify you, such as your name, date of birth, gender, height, weight, account information, avatar, nickname, email address or other identifiers. We may also collect information about you that does not by itself identify you, such as activity, device and health-related information.
You may provide information by filling in forms in the application, registering for the service, subscribing to services, posting materials, requesting support, taking part in promotions, reporting a problem, or responding to surveys that we may ask you to complete for research or service improvement purposes.
If the application contains public areas or functions that allow you to publish or display content, information that you publish may be visible to other users. You provide such user contributions at your own risk. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your content.
Information Collected Automatically
When you access and use the application, we may automatically collect details about your use of the application, including traffic data, location data, logs, communication data and information about the resources that you access and use through the application.
Photo information. When you customize your avatar, customize a watch-face background, or sync a QR code from your album to a device, the application may access your photos with your permission.
SMS, contacts and address book information. When you need to view real-time notification messages or incoming-call information on a connected smart device, the application may request permissions for SMS, contacts and address book information. If you allow these permissions, we access the information only to provide that service.
Location information. If you grant location permission, the application may collect real-time location information about your device, including GPS signals, device sensors, Wi-Fi access points and base station IDs, for Bluetooth pairing, weather services, route generation and other location-related functions.
Biometric, activity and health-related information. With your authorization, the application may collect exercise, activity, sleep or health data, including steps, walking distance, calories consumed, body weight, heart rate, sleep stage, active minutes and similar information.
Device information. The application may collect device-related information, including IMEI, MAC address, device serial number and other device identifiers, for device binding and identity recognition, anti-theft and account security, after-sales service, device activation verification, firmware upgrades, authenticity checks and crash log analysis.
Other information. We may collect other information that you provide, such as country or region, alarm settings, body-weight records, sleep records, product or service messages, and information recorded by connected devices. The specific information may vary depending on the device and functions you use.
If you do not want us to collect certain information, please do not use the related function, do not grant the permission, or uninstall the application. Disabling location or other permissions may make some functions unavailable.
How We Use Personal Information
We collect and use personal information to provide products and services to you, operate and improve the application, comply with applicable laws and protect the rights and security of users and our services.
We may use body or device-recorded data to calculate and display activity and health results in the application or on connected devices, such as steps, distance, calories, weight, heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, body temperature, blood glucose, sleep duration and related indicators, where supported by the device and authorized by you.
We may use alarm information that you set to provide alarm reminders and device vibration reminders when the reminder function is enabled.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, mobile cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, single-pixel gifs and similar technologies to support automatic information collection, understand service usage, verify system and server integrity, and improve application functions.
Clipboard-based functions may be invoked when you copy text or share or receive shared information. Clipboard information is processed only on your device for the relevant function and is not stored by us for other purposes.
Auto-start and associated start. The application may need to remain active in the background so that connected smart devices can receive message and call reminders in real time. The system may wake the application by broadcast to implement necessary functions and services.
Application process information. The application may read the installed application list or current running process only to determine whether Le-Bond is running in the foreground, and will not collect other applications’ information for unrelated purposes.
Device Management
To manage Le-Bond devices, including wearables and ecosystem devices such as bands, watches, earphones, glasses and third-party devices, we may collect device identifiers, device hardware information, device usage information, basic system information and network information.
This information is used to establish Bluetooth connections, manage device configuration, complete software upgrades, display data sources, count device activation and improve network connection experience.
To support linkage between wearable devices and the mobile phone, we may read mobile phone calendar schedules and basic system information to the wearable device. We connect to Le-Bond devices through Bluetooth to obtain activity and health data. You may stop this collection by disconnecting or unbinding the device.
After certain Le-Bond devices are connected, gender, age, height and weight entered in the “Profile” section may be synced to devices such as bands, watches, earphones and glasses to provide more accurate monitoring.
Some wearable devices with calling features may need to display mobile contacts and call records so that the device can answer or make calls. If your device supports weather forecast, we may send location information to a weather service provider to obtain and display local weather information. You can disable this function in device management.
Device Permissions
Storage permission may be requested when you use sharing, vibration step counting, account login or similar functions, so that the application can read or write usage information, images, videos and intermediate step data. You may disable this permission at any time if you do not need the function.
Camera permission may be requested when you connect devices by scanning QR codes, bind transit cards or use group functions. You may disable this permission at any time if you do not need the function.
Location permission may be requested when you generate route images for a workout, perform Bluetooth pairing, use weather push or other location-related search functions. You may disable this permission at any time if you do not need the function.
Phone permission may be requested when you pair with connected devices, activate cards or use call-related functions on wearable devices, such as answering calls, rejecting calls or receiving incoming-call information. Refusing this permission may affect account login and certain activity or device functions.
Call log permission may be requested when a wearable device displays missed-call numbers, controls volume or call channels, and syncs phone call status. You may disable this permission at any time if you do not need the function.
Third-Party Information Collection
When you use the application or its content, certain third parties may use automatic collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include advertisers, advertising networks, advertising servers, analytics companies, device manufacturers and mobile service providers.
These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information related to your use of websites, applications and online services over time. We do not control third-party tracking technologies or how they are used. If you have questions about advertising or targeted content, please contact the relevant provider directly.
