By downloading, installing or using the software, obtaining or logging into your account, you agree to accept this Agreement and be bound by its terms.

Le-Bond reserves the right to amend this Agreement. Updated terms will be published on the official website, app stores or in the software and will take effect on the date of publication. If you do not accept the amended terms, please stop using the Le-Bond software and services immediately. Continued use will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

1 General Terms

This Agreement is entered into between you (“User”) and Le-Bond and its operating partners regarding the download, installation and use of the Le-Bond software and related services.

The software and services are provided for installation and use on mobile smart terminals and other supported devices, including functions for synchronizing data collected by Le-Bond products and tracking activity information. Ownership and operation rights of the software and services belong to Le-Bond.

2 Scope of Software License

Le-Bond grants the User a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the software. The User has no right to sublicense the software.

The User may install, use, display and run the software on a single mobile terminal for non-commercial purposes. The User may not install, use or run the software for commercial operations without written authorization.

The User may not copy, alter or modify software data, data sent to terminal memory while the software runs, or interactive data generated between client and server. The User may not use plug-ins or unauthorized third-party tools or services to access the software or related systems, or create derivative works based on the software.

Without Le-Bond’s permission, the User may not install the software on terminal devices not expressly permitted by Le-Bond, including but not limited to set-top boxes, game consoles, televisions or DVD players.

The User may store a copy of the software solely for backup purposes. The backup copy must contain all copyright information from the original software. Except as expressly authorized in this Agreement, Le-Bond grants no other rights.

3 Software Acquisition, Installation and Upgrade

The User should download and install the software from websites designated by Le-Bond or through methods designated by Le-Bond. Downloading from unauthorized websites may expose the device to malware and privacy risks.

The User must select the software version that matches the installed terminal device. Problems or damages caused by mismatch between software version and device model are borne by the User.

To improve user experience and optimize services, Le-Bond may provide replacement, modification or upgrade versions of the software and may charge fees for such replacement, modification or upgrade after obtaining your consent. The software may enable upgrade reminders by default. Le-Bond does not guarantee that old versions will remain usable after a new version is released.
